WonderCon is upon us once again in Anaheim, CA. This year as in past years, I will be attending the show along with the Jack Kirby Museum's curator, Rand Hoppe. We will both have scanners ready to archive Kirby art for the Museum's Jack Kirby Digital Archive. I will update this post with the booth numbers when they are available.

Made in the Lower East Side‘s Storefront Transformer Kickstarter Campaign was successfully funded, and the Kirby Museum will exist at 178 Delancey Street for a week very soon! As it looks now, our hours will be daily from noon till 7pm. As of this writing we’ve got these events scheduled:

Another summer is winding down and we find ourselves once again on August 28th, Jack Kirby's birthday. Jack was born in 1917, this would have been his 96th!

The Hero's Initiative is celebrating by "Wake Up and Draw" organized by Kirby4Heroes organiser and Jack's granddaughter Jillian Kirby. See more here!

As you can probably tell, I enjoy Thor the most out of all the Marvel 60's continuing with the Thor photocopy series, I was fortunate to add 6 more Thor pencil photocopies to my collection.

Here are several pages from Thor 152, the Destroyer issue and the closing pages to Thor 166, the "Him" issue. Great pages and a glimpse into Kirby's original high power pencils before inking!
