Stand by me
Now we know where Tom stands in on the Colletta controversy.
Though, obviously as a gentleman with more educated manners, he won't state it as crudely as me.
The Way I See It...
...Mike's version of this two-pager is more effective than the printed version. His inking is sharper and more expressive than Colletta's and his lettering dresses up the page a lot better than the original lettering by Costanza (or whoever did it). Since the inking on these two pages doesn't have a great deal of black spotting, and since the captions all begin with nice big open letters, I think these pages would look really good with some traditional bright, flat comic book coloring added to them.
re: The Way I See It...
You putting out the call for some color there Johnny Baby?
If it were done--would Tom add that as a tab?
LOL!
Frank, you must be psychic! You can read me like a comic book! And I'll bet Tom WOULD add that as a tab!
re: LOL!
Bogged down with work right now, but will see what I can do.
Krackles? Ohhh, Krackles?
Absolutely would
You build it and the tab will come.
re: Absolutely would
You trying to tempt me, Tom?
Colors forever
My hands are full for the moment but if Tom agrees to create a pencils page for the J.A.C.K. raising funds project, I'll do it.
Right now I'm finishing a Forever People Cover that will arrive very soon.
