Marvin Stein?

I'm wondering if this might be inked by Marvin Stein. The fussy pen touch ups in the forest look like Joe Simon. The brush work looks assured and confident. I see similarities in the faces to the Stein inked Space Busters pieces.
Who ever is wielding the brush here is a mature confident brush-man, and it's not Simon or Kirby as far as I can tell.

dry-brush effect

I like the combo of dry-brush and spotted blobs around the fireballs with white-out. Thats a nice organic effect.
