Inks of this page are on vellum adhered to bristol board. Story behind this page 18 and page 20 is that the Kirby penciled pages were lost and the inker placed velum over stats of the pencils and inked the pages.
Scans of original art are from the Kirby Museum's Original Art Digital Archive.

Inker?
The Grand Comicbook Database questions if this velum inked page was inked by Bill Everett. Based on my experience, it looks like John Verpoorten inks. If you have any information or opinions on who inked this page please comment here.
Verpoorten
Definitely not Everett.
The timeframe is pointing at Verpoorten as he also inked several of Kirby last published work for Marvel before he quit for DC.
A rather fine inking job, I might add.
Re: Inker?
Jumbo Johnny, for sure!
That face--!
Thor's face in panel four is crazy cool. I can't imagine most Kirby inkers staying faithful to something that looks so wild and distorted. Glad Syd Shores didn't get his mitts on this.
Actually...
...other inkers may have left it almost as wild and distorted since it's supposed to be Loki in Thor's body, right?
